Overview

A neuropeptide that promotes delta wave (deep) sleep. Discovered in 1977 from cerebral venous blood of sleeping rabbits. Normalizes sleep architecture, reduces stress-related insomnia, and may regulate cortisol and LH release.

Inject subcutaneously or intranasally 30 min before bed. Effects are subtle and build over days. Does not cause next-day grogginess. No tolerance or dependence reported. Often cycled 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Can be stacked with Epithalon.
